For a specific cow you can feed according to a feed plan or fixed amount. Follow the next steps to do this:
Go to the cow page by filling in the cow number in the search dialog in the right upper corner.
Press Enter to open the cow page.
Click on the Feeding tab.
Click Edit in the right upper corner of the tab.
Select a feed plan or set a fixed amount in the dropdown menu of the Feed amounts.
Fill in the absolute feed amount per feed type in kilograms that the animal should be fed.
Click on Submit.
The cow will be fed according to its feed setting after the next feed start.
For multiple cows or a group of cows, you can't assign a fixed amount. Instead, you can change the feed plan. Use the Quick entry option to do this:
Go to the Quick Entry page.
Select the desired option and enter the specific cow number or one of the other options.
Click Next.
At Selection you get an overview of the selected cows or groups and the number of cows.
Select one or more Actions you would like to do.
Double check your selection when you click View animals.
Click Apply.
The selected cows will be fed according to its feed setting after the next feed start.
